There have been a number of landmark neurological developments in the last decade, and one of the most significant has been the brain-mind-body connection. Traditional talk therapy, particularly with a skilled counsellor, can be effective. But it can be much more so if we also add mind-body dialogue.
Pioneering tools such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Energy Therapies, such as Healing Touch, can serve to accelerate the process – sometimes remarkably.
